Women graduate from colleges and graduate programs at the same rate as men, but five years later, our representation in executive ranks is less than 20% (and in some areas, less than 5%). This talk takes an honest look at what women are doing to hold themselves back, how women can adapt to get into positions of power, and how we can successfully compete on a playing field designed by men to reward their achievements."We all face challenging situations where effective communication can make a difference, whether that communication is with customers, colleagues, staff, supervisor, or community stakeholders. This training is designed to address real life situations and take your communication awareness and skills set to the next level."

Nice details from the 2nd annual holiday summit. I am sure this event was successful. Well, we also had hosted annual employee appreciation event in the last month and it turned out to be blasting. We booked some outdoor LA venues and played team building games too.
